Fire-Fever è un'accoppiata da setlist ideale.

Su backstreets chi ha visto lo show lo ha giudicato il peggiore del tour.... vedi quanto ingannano le setlists.....

my friends and i all agreed that this was easily the worst bruce show we have seen. the setlist was just not arranged properly. no flow whatsover. i was in sec 208 and could see the entire arena, and the crowd overall was not high energy. the only songs that had the entire place rocking were badlands, born to run and rosalita. having 3 songs back to back to back that were all previously show closers just didnt seem to flow. im sure ill get bashed but ive been at just about every philly show since 92 and this was easily the worst.

Ecco l'altro....

The Fever was one of the highlites for me! the first time I saw Bruce pull that out was ten years ago at the infamous Birthday show at the very same arena! I could have done without Fire but with that sign being so creative it was cool Bruce did it anyway. Mountain Of Love was great!-always wanted to see that one live!

As for the set in general...I think it needs some mouth to mouth ressucitation. I didn't have a problem with Outlaw Pete....although being setlisted in the third spot is very odd for it and it doesn't work well after two high energy openers. Either open the show with it or end the set with it...or put it first in the encore spot intead of Hard Times. I think dropping out My Lucky Day has also hurt the enregy the beginning of the show had(when I saw it in Asbury Park.)

As for the 3 pack of Hard Times songs and the sprinkling of more reminders throughout the show(Waiting, Lonesome Day, Promised Land...which should really be replaced with This Hard Land if Bruce wanted to get a better reaction from the Hard Times theme.....but honestly...how many songs about this do we need in a show???

But back to the initial hard Times pack....Seeds. How many people really know this song? IOt felt like no one but the hardcore fans knew this one tonight. Johnny 99. Another song that is just filler.....pick ONE song Bruce...alternate them each night. Tom Joad was pretty wild with the electric sound so I did dig that one but I don't think many people did....once again alternate it with the other two and just do one 'Hard Times' song here and open up two more spots for older classics or at least some more high energy tunes from yesteryear-especially for the LAST show at the Spectrum!!!!!

There are too many standard type songs in the setlist now. You have songs that have been beat to death over the last four E Street Band tours......give em a rest already and find something else from the archives. She's The One, while a fav of mine is getting tiresome...and certainly doesn't fit well after Outlaw Pete. Working On A Dream doesn't follow it well either specially leading into 3 more clunkers....it's fine that bruce plays it since it's from the new album and that is what this tour is supposed to be about ...right???? Or is it? Wait what is this tour about? WOAD songs or Hard Tikmes...or two much of the latter and not enough of the former? Now I'm confused....aren't you? Maybe Bruce is too.

I don't wanbt to reminded of Hard Times when I go to a concert...I want to escape it...isn't that the point of live entertainment...to take a break from real life for a couple hours???

The pacing of the set is awful...we're up, then we're down...then we're up again...then we're down again...especially with the last long bit of it...from Sunny Day, Promised Land, The Wrestler, Kingdom Of Days, LD, Rising....it's just too boring!!! Sure I like the two new songs...just spread them out a bit...how 'bout throwing Racing or Backstreets in-between them. The other songs are just a drag!!!! the only high point of the final bunch is Radio Nowhere and Born To Run. even the pacing of these songs (as with the beginning of the show is all wrong. ) Bruce needs to be more inaginative with these setlists.....especially in Philly!

- c'è voglia di sentire altro (Racing or Backstreets , This Hard Land)

poi, giusto un'osservazione....
- ma quello che parla di Hard Times dicendo " How many people really know this song? ".... ma che per caso non si è ancora accorto che è dall'inizio del tour che la stanno suonando? ormai la conoscono tutti

comunque, dopo aver letto anche questi commenti la conclusione a cui sono arrivata è.......

i nostalgici o i criticoni non stanno solo su Loose
