Help - Best way Milan- Torino

Hello, sorry to write in english but my italian is horrible. Can someone advice me the best way to go from Milan to Torino?? I will be in Rome to see the show, than in 20 July i will go by plane from Rome to Milan. So, what´s the best and fastest way to reach Torino from Milan ??
Train or bus?? Could you tell me the site to buy the tickets please?

if you arrive in Malpensa it's better take the bus:

if you arrive in Linate take a bus to Central Train Station (Stazione Centrale)
